Check-in was very quick. The front desk agent was very courteous and genuinely caring. When we mentioned that my parents had a late night flight departing Melbourne, the agent was kind enough to give us a late checkout of 6 PM. Of all the years we have stayed at hotels, the best I had gotten before was a 4 PM checkout and so we were very happy about this benefit.
We did not dine in property but rather walked to nearby Queen Victoria Market for lunch and took the tram to Federation Square for dinner.
